AIRE Career OS is a software product provided on a best-effort basis. It offers AI-powered career tools including job description alignment, resume optimization, LinkedIn profile optimization, mock interviews, and growth path tracking. The service is designed to assist engineers in their career development.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
AIRE Career OS is a career preparation and development tool. We do not guarantee job placement, interview success, or any specific career outcome. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.
4. Payments
Payments for paid plans are processed and collected by Nine17 Solutions via authorized payment partners. Plan pricing, features, and availability are as described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nine17 Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
