AIRE Career OS is built for software engineers at any career stage—whether you're a fresh graduate, early-career professional, or mid-career engineer looking to switch roles, prepare for interviews, or plan long-term growth.
Is AIRE Career OS a paid product?
Yes. AIRE Career OS is a paid product with usage-based plans. We offer a Starter plan and a Pro plan, each designed to fit different career needs and usage levels.
What plans are available?
We currently offer two plans for users in India: Starter (₹499) includes JD-based resume alignment, LinkedIn optimization, Growth Path access, and up to 10 mock interview runs. Pro (₹1999) includes everything in Starter plus unlimited mock interviews and deeper guidance. International pricing is coming soon.
What happens after I pay?
You get immediate access to all features included in your plan. Start by pasting a job description, and the system will guide you through aligning your resume, optimizing your LinkedIn, and preparing for interviews.
How long does my access last?
Your access is tied to usage, not a fixed time period. For Starter, you get up to 10 mock interview runs. For Pro, you get unlimited mock interviews. Resume alignment, LinkedIn optimization, and Growth Path access remain available as long as your plan is active.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to unlock unlimited mock interviews and additional features. Your existing work and progress will carry over.
How does the growth plan work?
Start by pasting a target job description. Once your resume and profile are aligned, AIRE generates a personalized Growth Path with clear daily actions. Instead of scattered advice, you get specific tasks that move you toward your target role.
What kind of mock interviews are available?
AIRE offers AI-powered mock interviews designed around your target role. You get guidance on how to structure your answers, what topics to cover, and how to approach different interview questions—helping you practice with clarity and build confidence. The number of mock interview runs depends on your plan.
What features are currently live?
Job Descriptions & Resume–JD Match, Resume management, LinkedIn Optimizer, LinkedIn Post Generator, Mock Interviewer, and AIRE Growth Path are all live and available today.
How is this different from generic career advice?
